Bone & Joint Receives Physicians Plus Contract
Bone & Joint Surgery Associates, SC is very pleased to announce an expanded provider agreement with the Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation that will include coverage for services provided to Dane County (Madison and surrounding communities) plan members. This change is effective January 1, 2007 and will allow Bone & Joint Surgery to provide care to Physicians Plus members in any of our three locations in Madison, Columbus or Ft Atkinson.
